What are ragged rose chairs covered in?
We typically upholster our velvet chairs and pouffes with our best quality 100% cotton velvet, using a sprung seat for added comfort. You can get specific information materials on every product page?
What size are Ragged Rose pouffes?
Many customers buy pouffes to pop under tables. Most legged foot stools are around 40-43cm tall. For our “balled” pouffes, sizes will vary but we do always highlight the diameter on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Because we craft bespoke furniture, stock can be limited. Items available for immediate delivery as highlighted as such. If we’re low, an item is on back order, or its not in stock, order time takes around 6-12 weeks for direct delivery to your door from order placement.
How do I clean Ragged Rose chairs?
Velvet needs care when cleaning. If there every is a stain or blotch, we recommend hand washing & spot cleaning. For fabric puffs, it is best to dry clean or gentlly hand wash the outer bag.
