While many lament the arrival of Autumn, as the weather gets colder and the nights get longer, I was always inspired by the richness of the season’s colours. The gorgeous, golden shimmer of oak leaves as they fall off the branch, contrasting the rich green grass that they fall upon. The pumpkins sitting on doorsteps, their orange and green forms drawing in the eye. When I choose the colours for Ragged Rose, my primary inspiration has always been the sights I see all around me and it was this tapestry of colours that inspired our Autumnal range.
